Trip Planning and Euro Star!
Last Saturday was a busy day for the FabFriends. We started our day by meeting up at Starbucks PSC for Trip Planning. I presented the calendar I created, and we asked everyone who can join what.

After the so-called "Trip Planning"/"Team Building" of the group, we went straight to Megatrade for the Travel Fare. Super wala pa akong tulog, and I didn't realize that we would be spending the entire day there scouting for cheap flights going anywhere!

We had our lunch at Superbowl Megastrip, and discussed further which places we would like to see. There are a lot of changes in our plans. One of which is the trip to Cebu-Bohol. Instead of going local, we decided to fly to Macau on the 23rd.Ü Post-celebration ng birthday ko to! Jean, sorry...Biglaan ang plan. We realized that since we are spending the same amount of money, why noy go international? Matatatakan pa passport namin.Ü kuha na kasi ikaw passport! Why Macau? Because it's the only destination that TigerAirways is offering for only $55 -- round trip!Ü Another change is the plan for April. Instead of Boracay, we might go to Kota Kinabalu. Cheap lang din ang fare, so why not? Of course this will depend on the leaves that people will file, or in my case, if I do have the chance to file for leave (kahit unpaid). Bahala na sa next plans...Basta excited na ko for Macau!
After lunch, we went back to the Travel Fare and booked our flight. We got our tickets via email yesterday. Hotel na lang ang problem...
Going home, Elaine decided to get her hair and nails done. So, for more scouting of cheap parlors, she ended up at Index Salon Merville. I swear. Super barya ang presyo! Before, I got my hair colored with hot oil pa, for only Php250! Kaya lang wala ng promo ngayon. But it's still cheap: hair color for Php600 and manicure/pedicure for Php100.Ü I went home to take a shower and get ready for EuroStar while she spent her time at the parlor.
Shempre, as expected, late na ang meeting time for EuroStar. We were suppose to meet by 8pm, which became 10pm. Actually, kami lang ni Elaine ang 10pm. The others came in later than that. Jan2 wasn't able to follow because of the heavy traffic caused by Lovapalooza in BayWalk.
It was fun! There are 6 must-rides:
Ranger - for an experience to be held up in 360 degrees position for around 10 seconds; parang Anchors Away -- only better!
FerrisWheel - to see the carnival in bird's eyeview
Booster - ummm...di ko ma-describe...kakahilo coz of the lights and the fast-phased-walang-direction na ikot-ikot
Joker - ANG TAAS!!! Ang saya! Ang bilis rin kaya pila agad after 1 round!
Log Jam - I don't know what EuroStar call it, but it has the same concept; yun nga lang, mas basa ka because of how it was structured. Basta, we didn't ride this coz kadiri mga itsura nung mga bumababa.
Flipper - Nakaka-flip lang talaga ang Flipper! And we strongly recommend that you ride this first (heheÜ)!

We had a fulfilling day (LeFabFriends pa!), and we accomplished a lot. Ok lang bangag, basta enjoy.Ü
