Totally Disheartening on Heart's Day.

I don't have salary anymore -- and NOBODY even bothered to explain this to me.
I'm leaving this company in a few days -- and NOBODY bothers to give me an exit interview.
Someone's "preparing" my way out -- and HE is the HR Manager.

I know HE has good intentions for "preparing" my last pay, but it did not, and it will NEVER, have a good effect on me since HE IS NOT TALKING TO ME IN ANY FORM. why on earth are you the HR Manager when you don't have ANY attempts to keep me the moment you heard I was leaving? Why aren't you bothering to inform me about the policies of last pays? WHY???

BECAUSE HE WANTS ME OUT.
