New Friend.

I met up with one of the many friends I've made through Friendster. Yes. Eyeball ang chika.Ü He's a common friend that me and a former officemate have. We finally decided to meet earlier today. Kamukha naman nya picture nya. HeheÜ

We went to Starbucks Magallanes, had probably 2 hours of chatting (getting-to-know-you stuff), tapos hatid na nya ko office. Yun lang. Sabi sa account nya, In A Reationship siya. Pero according to him, single na siya. Mukha siyang mabait, so I take it na kaka-break lang niya kaya naghahanap ng kausap. Or, I may be deceived! He could be one of those great pretenders. Yung tipong wala lang daw oras to update the account, pero ang totoo, eh papatayin siya ng gf nya pag nakitang pinalitan nya yun ng Single status! Oh well, let's see what happens na lang.

Sunday Night-Out

Earlier tonight, we (A, Odie, Kei, Teza and me), ate at Krocodile to celebrate Teza's 26th birthday. Thanks for the treat my dear! Madyo konti na kami now. Merong tinamad lumabas ng house, at dalawang susunod daw na hindi na namin nakita.

Before we had this dinner thing, Teza and I watched "The Island". Nice! It's a movie that I can reccommend that you guys watch. Promise.

Once again, I was not included in his list of priorities today, after making me hope so hard that we'll see each other. Every Sunday dapat standard ng nagkikita kami. However, emergency raw na kailangan sha ng barkada nya. What the fuck??? Ngayon kahati ko na rin sa oras mga lalake??? Punyeta talaga. What a way to end my night. He doesn't even have the decency na amuhin ako sa text. SHIT!!!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

I bought Book 6 last Saturday, as soon as Powerbooks opened at 7:01am. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the time to really read it continuously. I just get to read when I'm preparing for bed, and that's the time na bangag na ko. So there. Dami ng may alam ng ending, and I'm still not halfway the book.=(

The Heatwave's Back...

Oh yes it is! FOR REAL. He decided to take me someplace we've been before, but have not been into for quite some time. Tiniis ko to for more than 2 months...God knows what "crazy things" I did just to refrain from thinking about my needs!

He started by asking me what we'll do for the evening, and I casually replied with "dinner and movie", kasi lagi naman yung ang ginagawa namin for the past months...He was the one who decided to do this, not me. I just had to take it all in kahit masama sa loob ko dahil parang nababawasan closeness namin without the intimacy. And then, after dinner and movie, he asked me kung uuwi na raw kami...I knew then that he would ask me to go somewhere, but still, I wanted it to come from him. So, dineretso na ko by asking if I wanted to spend more time with me because he does...I was startled, I wanted to ask why he decided to do it again, but I stopped myself and just decided to go with the flow. Things are better that way. There are things better left unsaid and unexplained.

Unforgettable. We can't stop saying out loud how much we missed each other, and everything was so intense and so new...

And so, I can say we had one of the hottest nights ever.

QUEER AS FOLK

After watching the entire Sex and the City series, my friend influenced me to watch Queer as Folk. He knows that I have a lot of gay friends, so this, according to him, is a way for me to understand them better. Hehe...

And so, I've been watching...and learning how they treat each other when it comes to love and sex. Hindi nalalayo sa girls. Actually, pareho lang. Not all women are into the sweep-me-off-my-feet type of relationship. There are those who seek for men just because they want to be hugged, kissed, fucked. And the same goes for gay men.

In the numerous relationships that I've had in the past, and present, I have also met men who prefer falling in love over sexual encounters alone. Kaya lang, mas malaki ang percentage ng tayo-pero-di-tayo set-up...Sad.

So there. I just wanted to share this. I'm enjoying the series na kasi eh!

Sex and the City: Last Season

Today I watched a few episodes of Sex and the City. I collected the series, and I’m just starting with the last season. I didn’t get the time to watch them in one sitting. Nasingitan kasi ng Taken and CSI.=)

Anyway, if there was any character that struck me lately, it would still be Carrie as usual. I don’t know…it seems I can empathize with her…She wrote a lot of things that touched my emotional side, but here’s one line that made me reply with a loud “hell yeah!”:

“…If not that, can somebody please just let me feel the weight of a man on top of me!”

Yes. I haven’t felt this in more than a month. Yes there is someone I kissed one time, but it wasn’t long and passionate. It was more of “madalian-at-pinilit-na-maging-french-kiss”…both of us we’re in a hurry kasi. Hehe. And by the way, hindi si current sweetie ito! Basta. Someone from the past. So yun, na-emote tuloy ako kay Carrie. Tagal na kasi walang real thing…

BOOKS! BOOKS! BOOKS!

I started reading the Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer, and I enjoyed it. Now I can't help but buy all the other books written by the said author!

I'm done reading to other books: Wishlist and Supernaturalist. Galing!

I'm tempted to buy The Legend of Spud Murphy now...Mahal lang for children's book.

Since I ran out of Eoin Colfer books to read, I picked Jostein Gaarder's Through a Glass, Darkly. I hope it's nice coz I didn't enjoy Sophie's World that much. Para akong nag-aaral eh.Ü

WAR OF THE WORLDS

I watched WAR OF THE WORLDS with Paul, Teza and Paan last Friday. We ate at Friday's muna to wait for the screening time. Ok lang yung movie. Hindi ko ineexpect ang ending na ganon.Ü

After the movie, I met up with Cindy. We had coffee lang then went home na.

Next movie? Fantastic 4! Woohoo!
