PREVIEW'S 10th ANNIVERSARY!

Yesterday, I spent my off shopping.Ü Bought a lot of kikay stuff, and ast stop was at Rustan's with Cindy, where I didn't realy buy anything. Even if I can afford the good stuff I saw, I won't spend for them. So, Cindy and I just roamed around, made chika with the sales ladies that she knows.

My skin was diagnosed by Lancolme as a combination of normal to dry, we got freebies from CK and Dior, and, we got free invites to Preview magazine's 10th year anniversary party.

Preview's 10th 
The party was held at Embassy, The Fort. I was not expecting such classy set up and crowd. Hint about the set up: you enter by strutting your stuff on the catwalk with lots of lights and camera men. Tapos, aabutan ka ng champagne for more sosyal look while mingling with the sociaites. Well, of course we know that we'll be seeing models...but we were not expecting them to be in gowns!!! OP kami. As in. Isa lang ang narealize ko: JOLOGS AKO. Hindi ko kayang makipagsosyalan sa mga modelong tulad nila Tim Yap at Amanda Griffin, chumika sa mga designers na sila Rene Salud at Rajo Laurel, at makipagngitian kina Daphne of F. Pero my god...ang gaganda at ang gagwapo nilang lahat. It's as if they were plucked out of a magazine. And so, after a few minutes of talking to ourselves and smiling forever, dahil wala namang papansin sa min don, we got our freebies from Shu Eumura, and went out. HINDI KO KINAYA. Kaya nagpakajologs na lang kami sa Pier 1 at Klownz after.Ü

HG2G: Don't Panic.

Last night, sweetie and I watched the movie "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." It is based on the book by Douglas Adams.

It's a cute film...although I didn't like it that much. Masyadong mababaw at pambata. Shempre nag-enjoy na naman sha...Talk about thinking wavelengths not meeting. Haay.

I'll probably read the book as well.

ACCIDENTALLY IN LOVE...Ü

June 17, 2005: Jimmy and Trixie Nuptial.

Wedding ceremony was held at Christ the King, followed by the reception at Wak-Wak Pavilion.

Why the title "Accidentally In Love"? It's because this is the theme song playing in the background when the hosts were showing a video of the couples' past.Ü My cousin Jimmy is 5 years older than Trixie. Jimmy used to be a med clerk under Trixie at PGH, when everything started. I don't really know much about them because Jimmy is the type that don't really talk much about his lovelife.

Anyway, the wedding was ALMOST PERFECT. Except for the butterflies that didn't really fly when they we're released. I guess nahilo na sa byahe. Chaka, ikaw ba naman ang ilagay sa envelope for hours, tingnan natin kung di ka mamatay. Other than this, it went well.

Oh well...Hayaan na lang, hanggang may dumating na iba...We have changed actually, over 7 months...Parang nawawalan na yata ng gana sa isa't isa...Feeling ko kailangan ko na shang unahan balang araw. May mga issues na naman kami kanina: not texting me anymore, doesn't return my calls, suddenly not in the mood to watch movies, nonsense daw mga tinetext ko...It's a good thing I can be vocal about it. So napag-uusapan naman lahat.

Sana lang, pag natapos ang lahat, we can normally be friends. Sayang naman eh...

Breaking the Silence.

It was after more than 24 hours that he called. I didn't know what to say. I was contemplating whether I should talk about the issue, or just remain silent as he talks.

I did option 2. He was asking me questions that he asks everyday...What did you do today? Did you eat na?...Stuff like that. PARANG WALANG NANGYARI. Although, I can hear in his voice that in some ways, the issue is also at the back of his mind. We both decided to just forget about what happened. I just told him that I'm hoping we could learn to understand each other better. This reminded me of the First Habit: Be Proactive (and not reactive). This is something that I have not been practicing for a long time.

However, wala pang 24 hours, hindi na naman siya nagrereply or namamansin. I think it would be best for me to do the same thing, and let him have a taste of his own medicine. E di kung gusto nyang minsan na ang ang text and calls, fine. Kung gusto nyang wag na magkita mashado, fine. Sha naman ang laging nasusunod eh.

Nagsisimula na akong mapikon...Masama na to. Konti na lang magcoconcentrate na ko sa paghanap ng iba.

Feeling Bluer Than Ever

Changes around me: For one, I haven't been communicating with him for 19 hours now...And counting. Yes, we're playing the tiis game, which I am bound to lose any minute now. Kaya niya akong tiisin. Kaya nyang mawala ako sa buhay niya. Hindi ko kaya. I can't believe I actually lasted 19 hours. Konti na lang, isang buong araw na. Maybe I can, because I'm trying so hard. But if the weaker side of me prevails, patay. Bibigay ako.
Second, I'm in the office on a Sunday. My schedule changed last week, and this is the second Sunday that I'm working instead of malling. Pero ok lang. Petiks ang weekends. There are calls coming in, but most ofthem do not get escalated, and it's not as many as what they get during weekdays.
Lastly, I didn't see any movie during the weekend. BIG CHANGE. I usually spend my offs watching movies, no matter how pathetic they are.

Restoring my energy: I have plans of spending the night with my dear, beloved friends, instead of waiting for nothing. Madaming magandang palabas, kaya kailangan kong manuod ng sine. I need to "restore my energy" sabi nga sa horoscope. I can't get a massage as late as 10pm, so a movie would do. Checking my outside mails, checking out friendster and hi5, and updating this blog, is also a means of restoring my diminishing strength to think. My thinking cells were all devoted to feeling unnecessary emotions, ayan tuloy, I feel drained.

I miss him. Terribly. Just thinking about how happy he is with her right now, and not even a single bone in him is thinking about me, makes me sick that I want to puke.

This is what I was talking about 2 nights ago: I can already feel the end coming, and it's nearer than i thought... :(
